• To confirm your reservations, a deposit / prepayment equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's whichever is more is must for confirmingthe reservation.
• + 12 % GST applicable on the Room Tariff
• Child (2- 5 years) can stay free of charge with parents using existing beds.
• Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the hotel only.
• Valid ID proof has to be present at the time of check in. PAN Card is not a valid id.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
• No charge will be levied on cancellation made more than 15 day(s) prior to the Check – In date.
• Cancellation made between 7 day(s) and 10 day(s) will be charged 25% from room rate.
• Cancellation made between 0 day(s) and 6 day(s) will be charged 50% from room rate.
• No show will be charged 100% from room rate.
• If your plans change, be sure to inform within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
Refund Policy
• When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 1 - 2 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your account statement. Reasons for this is the processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation and modification policy above.
